Individualism

Individualism is the key to having a community. There would be no community without individuals. So, in essence, the foundation of community is every individual that is part of that community. They all have their own agendas, but when they come together as a collective whole with a purpose they create a community with each other. People worry to much about how to make the community better or who to have be apart of it. When they should just let the people make their own choices, and eventually communities will arise through a natural process of human interaction and communication. Not putting pressure on the issue would allow the opportunity for true friendships to evolve that would otherwise not be there. Individualism is great, and the United States would not be where it is today if it were not for individualism.
